ROKO Technical Services (RTS) Kampala is a division of ROKO Construction Limited. RTS was founded in 1979 and is an outsourcing company. Our aim has been to ease the inflow of technology into Uganda by supplying state-of-the-art technology to both government and non-government organization in the country.
